For the temporary stay of an employee usually fully furnished apartments will be booked- either "on the free real estate market" or in boarding houses. We select for you the regional market and the most suitable offers from which you or your employees can choose the desired apartment.

We check for you the lease terms and coordinate the handovers.

Some customers allocate the administration of their apartment pools to us, to guarantee a relief of the HR department.

We make sure that leases are extended or terminated in time, to avoid that unnecessary payments of rents occur, deposits will be refunded, and damages in the apartments are handled properly by the appropriate insurance company.
